We are happy to announce the commencement of the application period for participation in the 9th International Independent Festival of Book Illustration and Visual Literature, MORS 2023.

Payment for the application is only made after its approval and confirmation. All payment details will be provided exclusively in the document that we send along with the application confirmation and legal information. Please, pay close attention to this.

The festival will take place in Moscow from October 19 to 22 at ARTPLAY, located at 10 Nizhnyaya Syromyatnicheskaya Street, Building 7. The jury members will be announced in July.
